Batches, not semesters
Classes are organised around batches and levels rather than rigid academic terms, so a student can join mid-month, sit in more than one subject, and carry their own fee schedule. Attendance and marks follow the student across every batch they're enrolled in.
Modules included out of the box
Every plan ships with the same core platform — nothing here is a paid add-on or a third-party plugin you have to maintain.
- Live classes with Zoom, scheduled per batch, with automatic lecture recordings filed to Google Drive
- Attendance marking and review, with per-student attendance percentage
- Assignments, quizzes and marked submissions with scores, remarks and annotated file returns
- Notes, materials and recorded lectures library, gated by class enrolment
- Monthly fees: invoices, receipts, payment tracking, pending and overdue states
- Automated fee reminders before the due date, on the due date and on a repeating overdue cadence
- Teacher payouts and revenue-share reporting
- Role-based accounts: admin, teacher, teacher assistant, student and parent
- Parent portal with classes, attendance, fees and grades (notes and recordings stay private)
- Account approval with time-boxed demo trials you can extend, approve or reject
Fees and teacher payouts without a spreadsheet
Monthly fees are issued per student with receipts, and the platform tracks pending and overdue positions for you. Teacher revenue share is recorded per course, so payouts are calculated from collected fees instead of being reconstructed by hand at month end.
- Automatic reminders: upcoming, pending the day after due, and repeating overdue alerts with a cap
- Receipts and statements carrying your contact details
- Per-course teacher share, kept private to admins and the teacher it belongs to
- Expense records so the month's numbers are complete
Teacher assistants for checking load
Assign homework and quiz checking to teacher assistant accounts, manually or automatically, with a capacity per assistant and a return deadline measured in days after the due date. Assistants only see what you allow — fees, attendance and materials are each an explicit switch.
Access control that holds up
Permissions are enforced in the database with row-level security, not just hidden in the interface. A parent cannot read another child's record, a teacher assistant only opens work explicitly assigned to them, and fee or payroll data is admin-only unless you switch it on for a specific account.
Frequently asked questions
- Does this work for an individual tuition teacher?
- Yes. Solo teachers get the same classes, recordings, attendance, assignments and fee collection without the multi-teacher payroll layer, so setup takes minutes rather than weeks.
- How are coaching fees collected and tracked?
- Fees are issued monthly per student with invoices and receipts, payments are recorded against them, and pending or overdue students trigger automatic reminders to the student and their parents.
- Can I split revenue with subject teachers?
- Yes. Each course carries a teacher share percentage used to compute payouts from collected fees. That percentage is visible only to admins and to the teacher it applies to.
- How do I see it in action?
- Message HTS on WhatsApp at +92 303 8864989 or email hamzamotiyar4@gmail.com for a live demo, or ask for a time-boxed trial account.
