Parents log in and see their child's class schedule, attendance history and percentage, fee status with receipts, and assignment grades — so the routine phone calls stop. Notes and recordings are deliberately not exposed to parent accounts.
Access control that holds up
Permissions are enforced in the database with row-level security, not just hidden in the interface. A parent cannot read another child's record, a teacher assistant only opens work explicitly assigned to them, and fee or payroll data is admin-only unless you switch it on for a specific account.
