Learning management system

A learning management system that runs the teaching and the admin

Most learning platforms stop at course content. HTS-LMS covers the whole operation: live Zoom classes and automatic recordings, attendance, assignments and marking, monthly fees with reminders, teacher payouts, and separate logins for admins, teachers, assistants, students and parents.

What a learning management system should actually do

A learning management system is the single place where classes are scheduled and delivered, learning material is stored, work is submitted and marked, and progress is recorded. HTS-LMS does that, and then keeps going into the parts institutes really lose time on — collecting fees, chasing pending payments, tracking attendance and paying teachers.

Modules included out of the box

Every plan ships with the same core platform — nothing here is a paid add-on or a third-party plugin you have to maintain.

  • Live classes with Zoom, scheduled per batch, with automatic lecture recordings filed to Google Drive
  • Attendance marking and review, with per-student attendance percentage
  • Assignments, quizzes and marked submissions with scores, remarks and annotated file returns
  • Notes, materials and recorded lectures library, gated by class enrolment
  • Monthly fees: invoices, receipts, payment tracking, pending and overdue states
  • Automated fee reminders before the due date, on the due date and on a repeating overdue cadence
  • Teacher payouts and revenue-share reporting
  • Role-based accounts: admin, teacher, teacher assistant, student and parent
  • Parent portal with classes, attendance, fees and grades (notes and recordings stay private)
  • Account approval with time-boxed demo trials you can extend, approve or reject

Built for both shapes of teaching business

The same platform serves a multi-teacher coaching centre with payroll and revenue share, and an individual teacher running their own batches solo. You pick the setup during onboarding; the modules you don't need stay out of the way.

Access control that holds up

Permissions are enforced in the database with row-level security, not just hidden in the interface. A parent cannot read another child's record, a teacher assistant only opens work explicitly assigned to them, and fee or payroll data is admin-only unless you switch it on for a specific account.

Works alongside EduManager

If you already run EduManager for admissions, RFID attendance hardware, campus records or payroll, HTS-LMS integrates with it instead of replacing it — students, batches and fee records stay in sync while learning, recordings and grading happen here.

Frequently asked questions

What is a learning management system (LMS)?
A learning management system is software that delivers and organises teaching: scheduling classes, hosting material and recordings, collecting and marking student work, and reporting on attendance and progress. HTS-LMS adds the administrative side — fees, reminders, payouts and parent access — in the same platform.
Does HTS-LMS support live online classes?
Yes. Classes are scheduled per batch and run over Zoom, and lectures are recorded automatically and filed to Google Drive so enrolled students can rewatch them.
Can parents see their child's progress?
Parents get their own login showing classes, attendance, fees and payments, and assignment grades for each of their children. Notes and class recordings are restricted to students only.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes. Accounts are approved with a demo trial of a set number of days, which you can extend, approve or reject at the end. Message HTS on WhatsApp at +92 303 8864989 to get a demo walkthrough.
