Course delivery and a recording archive
Every scheduled session can run online through Zoom and is recorded automatically into Google Drive, building a per-course archive students can revisit before assessment. Notes and materials sit alongside the recordings, gated by enrolment.
Modules included out of the box
Every plan ships with the same core platform — nothing here is a paid add-on or a third-party plugin you have to maintain.
- Live classes with Zoom, scheduled per batch, with automatic lecture recordings filed to Google Drive
- Attendance marking and review, with per-student attendance percentage
- Assignments, quizzes and marked submissions with scores, remarks and annotated file returns
- Notes, materials and recorded lectures library, gated by class enrolment
- Monthly fees: invoices, receipts, payment tracking, pending and overdue states
- Automated fee reminders before the due date, on the due date and on a repeating overdue cadence
- Teacher payouts and revenue-share reporting
- Role-based accounts: admin, teacher, teacher assistant, student and parent
- Parent portal with classes, attendance, fees and grades (notes and recordings stay private)
- Account approval with time-boxed demo trials you can extend, approve or reject
Assessment with a marking pipeline
Assignments and quizzes are submitted in-platform and routed to teaching staff or teaching assistants for marking, with scores, written remarks and annotated file returns. Turnaround is enforced by a deadline set in days after the submission due date.
Reporting that flags students early
Attendance percentages, grade averages and outstanding fee positions are computed per student, so departments can see who is drifting before end-of-term results make it obvious.
Access control that holds up
Permissions are enforced in the database with row-level security, not just hidden in the interface. A parent cannot read another child's record, a teacher assistant only opens work explicitly assigned to them, and fee or payroll data is admin-only unless you switch it on for a specific account.
Works alongside EduManager
If you already run EduManager for admissions, RFID attendance hardware, campus records or payroll, HTS-LMS integrates with it instead of replacing it — students, batches and fee records stay in sync while learning, recordings and grading happen here.
Frequently asked questions
- Does it support multiple faculties or campuses?
- Yes. Courses, batches and staff are organised independently, and EduManager integration keeps multi-campus student and fee records in sync.
- Are lectures recorded automatically?
- Yes. Online sessions are recorded and filed to Google Drive per course, and only enrolled students can open them.
- Can teaching assistants mark student work?
- Yes. Teaching assistant accounts receive assigned submissions with a capacity limit and a return deadline, and can only open work assigned to them.
